These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jjjt ("Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our"), governing your registration, access to and use of the jjjt online betting and casino platform accessible at https://jjjt.cam and all associated subdomains, applications and services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any supplementary game-specific or promotional rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and, if you have already created an account, contact us to arrange its closure.

In these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use the Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your Account:

• You are a natural person aged at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by the laws of your country of residence — whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining your legal status.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant or agent of jjjt or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated or suspended by jjjt for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with jjjt or any affiliated operator network.
• You are of sound mind and not using the Service as a means to address financial hardship, addiction or mental health difficulties.

jjjt reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying the above criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and such other information as the registration form requires. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal — and at the Operator's discretion at any other time — you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting:

• A valid government-issued photographic identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport, driver's licence);
• Proof of current residential address issued within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement); and
• Proof of the payment method(s) used to fund your Account, as applicable.

jjjt may also require source-of-funds or source-of-wealth documentation where required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations or where the Operator has reasonable grounds to conduct enhanced due diligence.

Failure to complete KYC verification to the Operator's satisfaction within the stated timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being suspended. Accounts that fail KYC may be closed and any associated balance handled in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework and anti-money laundering obligations.

5.1 Deposits. Deposits must be made using payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier before you confirm a transaction. jjjt does not accept cash deposits.

Payment method references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are listed for contextual familiarity with Pakistani users only. Their availability at any given time is subject to the Operator's cashier, applicable law and each provider's own terms and policies. None of these providers endorses jjjt or gambling activity. Always verify availability before initiating a transaction and retain all transaction references.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed once the following conditions are satisfied:

• Your Account has been fully KYC-verified;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance (net of any pending Bonus Funds wagering obligations);
• No active investigations, fraud holds or compliance reviews are in progress in relation to your Account;
• Any applicable withdrawal minimum threshold has been met; and
• The withdrawal method is the same as, or consistent with, the method used for the originating deposit, where required by anti-money laundering rules.

5.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected payment method and are indicative rather than guaranteed. Internal approval timescales, third-party payment provider processing and bank clearing windows all affect actual receipt times. jjjt does not guarantee specific processing times beyond what is stated in the cashier at the time of request.

5.4 Currency. All transactions are conducted in the currency selected at registration. Currency conversion, where applicable, is at the rate applied by the relevant payment provider or the Operator's currency conversion service at the time of the transaction. jjjt is not responsible for exchange rate losses.

6.1 General. All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers provided by jjjt are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates by game category, maximum stake per bonus round and expiry window are all published in the relevant promotion terms.

6.3 Illustrative Example (not a live promotion). A PKR 1,000 deposit matched with a PKR 1,000 bonus carrying a 30x Wagering Requirement would require PKR 30,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. Actual figures are confirmed in the cashier before opt-in.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings and, in serious cases, Account suspension:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms;
• Using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., hedge betting, arbitrage) to manufacture wagering turnover while minimising genuine risk;
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion;
• Any other conduct that jjjt reasonably determines to be designed to circumvent the intent of a promotional offer.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. Bets are accepted at the Operator's sole discretion. jjjt reserves the right to refuse, limit or restrict any bet without providing a reason. Acceptance of a bet is confirmed when a unique bet reference number is issued to the User.

7.2 Odds. All odds are presented in decimal format. Published odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of subsequent movement.

7.3 Void Bets. jjjt may void a bet in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Manifest errors in odds publication (pricing errors that are clearly inconsistent with market prices at the time);
• Event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable settlement window, or abandonment;
• Evidence of match-fixing, corruption or suspicious betting patterns relating to the relevant event;
• Technical errors in the betting platform that affected the placing or pricing of the bet;
• Regulatory or governing body decisions that invalidate the result on which a bet was settled.

7.4 Cricket & Pakistan-Specific Markets. PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, Pakistan bilateral series and other cricket events are subject to the ECB, PCB, ICC and relevant governing body rules regarding result validity, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern recalculations, and match abandonment. jjjt's settlement rules for cricket markets are published in the Sports Rules section of the Help Centre.

7.5 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are placed on events as they occur. The Platform may introduce bet-acceptance delays ("suspension") during critical moments in play. Any bet placed during a suspended market will not be accepted. Decisions on in-play market settlement are final once confirmed.

7.6 Maximum Payout. jjjt applies a maximum single-bet payout limit, displayed in the cashier and bet slip at the time of bet placement. Bets with potential returns exceeding this limit will not be accepted unless expressly agreed by jjjt in writing.

8.1 General. Casino games, including slots, table games and live dealer titles, are provided through third-party software suppliers integrated into the jjjt platform. Each game is governed by its own game rules, which are accessible within the game lobby.

8.2 RTP and House Edge. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and house edge figures are published for each game within the game lobby. These are long-run statistical averages and do not represent guaranteed individual session outcomes. Results in any given session may differ substantially from the published RTP.

8.3 Live Dealer Disconnection. In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer round, the result of any accepted bet round that was in progress at the time of disconnection will stand if the game server recorded a final result. Where no final result was recorded, the affected bet will be voided and stakes returned.

8.4 Game Malfunction. In the event of any software malfunction, error or game interruption that prevents normal game resolution, all affected bets for that round will be voided and stakes returned. jjjt is not liable for losses arising from software malfunctions beyond the return of the relevant stake.

Users must not engage in, attempt, facilitate or assist any of the following:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal details, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another individual or submitting forged KYC documentation.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether in the same name or under different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker or any competitive-format game.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, manipulate odds or interact with the Platform in a manner that replicates or replaces human decision-making.
• Arbitrage and system abuse: Exploiting pricing inefficiencies, errors or delays to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; exploiting bugs, glitches or manifest errors in the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. All suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities without notice to the User.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unwarranted payment chargebacks or reversals in respect of deposits made to the Platform.
• Minor access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the applicable minimum age requirement.

jjjt employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection may result in bet voidance, winnings forfeiture, Account suspension or permanent closure, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

jjjt is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be used as a strategy for generating income, recovering debt or addressing financial or emotional difficulties.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered Users within the Account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, data, databases, trademarks and trade names, are the exclusive property of jjjt or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence beyond the limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to access and use the Service for personal non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of jjjt.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjjt, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

12.2 jjjt's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 jjjt does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their devices.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jjjt's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13.1 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting jjjt support. Any real-money balance remaining in a fully KYC-verified Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via an approved withdrawal method, subject to these Terms. Balances in unverified Accounts are subject to the Operator's anti-money laundering and regulatory obligations.

13.2 By the Operator. jjjt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable policy;
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information at any stage;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 9;
• Regulatory, legal or law enforcement requirements;
• At the Operator's reasonable commercial discretion, with applicable real-money balance returned.

Upon Account closure for cause, any Bonus Funds and wagering-dependent winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits net of losses and compliant with applicable laws will be handled in accordance with the Operator's account closure procedures.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjjt holds its operating license ("Governing Jurisdiction"). The Governing Jurisdiction is identified in the Platform's licensing information, accessible in the Platform footer and Help Centre.

Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, disputes should be raised with jjjt support via the contact channels set out in Clause 16. jjjt commits to acknowledging formal complaints within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within thirty (30) days. Where disputes cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, they may be referred to the applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider designated by the Operator's licensing authority.

Pakistan-specific note: These Terms do not confer jurisdiction on any Pakistani court or regulatory authority. Pakistani users acknowledge that their access to the Service may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, and that any dispute will be resolved in the Governing Jurisdiction, not in Pakistani courts. This is not legal advice; users should seek independent legal counsel if in doubt.

jjjt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — jjjt will provide reasonable prior notice via email to your registered address and/or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to contact details) may be made without advance notice. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page will be updated upon any revision.

Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and contact us to close your Account.
